Booking is a straightforward process that works best when curriculum centered. So start with the teachers to evaluate the  appropriateness or best fit of the program to their interests and needs.  Next, select a few dates that work for the school's schedule and the availability of the gymnasium.  Contact Mallory via e-mail or phone to confirm availability and discuss any special concerns and considerations particular to your organization.  If third party funding (NEFA or Mass Cultural) is being considered be mindful of the deadlines and time requirements for revision. A digitally signed non-binding letter of confirmation is emailed out for your records.  If dates changes, even at the last minute, simply reschedule.

            Multiple Days (same school—days need not be in sequence) and 
            Cooperative Booking  (two schools, different days) are $875.00 / diem

            Fees are inclusive of travel and supplies.  No deposit required. No cancellation penalty.

            May 1st through June 10th dates are typically filled in by October 30th of the previous Fall.  As curricula become 
            more standardized across towns and states the geometry units tend to coincide later in the year.  State testing  
            schedules tend to push enrichment planning even deeper into the school year.  In an effort to disperse things a bit,  
            schools booking within October—November or January—February may deduct $100 from the above fee schedule.
